Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Buy Right Medical Supply, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy complies with Google Shopping policies and requirements.

2. General Return Policy

2.1. Return Authorization

To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Form. Please call our Returns Department at 877-261-4464 or email RETURNS@BUYRIGHTMEDICAL.COM. We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers, and reason for return. Based on this information, a Return Authorization Form may be faxed and/or emailed to you (a restocking form may need to be signed and approved first). Note that all returns missing RA numbers will not be credited.

2.2. Inspection and Restocking Fees

All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (do not adhere labels to retail packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days. A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returns between 31 and 60 days. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

2.3. Defective Items

We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy. All approved credits will be placed on your Buy Right Medical Supply account for future use (checks will not be issued in place of credit).

3. Refunds

3.1. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

3.2. Approval of Refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3.3. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3.4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at RETURNS@BUYRIGHTMEDICAL.COM.

4. Exchanges

4.1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at RETURNS@BUYRIGHTMEDICAL.COM

5. Shipping

5.1. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2. Shipping Times

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5.3. Tracking Returns

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Freight Policy

We ship via FedEx or USPS, and standard rates apply. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or additional charges.
